SALEM, Ore. — The Oregon Department of Human Services (ODHS) Child Welfare Division is asking for the public’s help in locating 2-year-old Armani Andrews, who has been missing from Portland since June 17 and is believed to be in danger.
Correction: ODHS has issued a correction to clarify that Armani Andrews was reported missing on June 17, 2026.
According to ODHS, Armani is believed to still be in the Portland area. Anyone who sees the child or has information about his whereabouts is urged to call 911 or contact their local law enforcement agency immediately.
Authorities say Armani may be frequenting several locations in Portland, including Rose Haven, the Multnomah County Central Library, and areas of Southeast Portland between 82nd and 103rd avenues.
Armani Andrews is described as:
- Age: 2
- Height: Approximately 24 inches
- Weight: Unknown
- Hair: Brown
- Eyes: Brown
- Race: Black/African American mixed race
The case is being investigated by the Portland Police Bureau under Case No. PP185430. The National Center for Missing and Exploited Children has also issued Report No. 2093182.
ODHS said that when a child is missing, the agency may need to locate them quickly to assess their safety and provide necessary support. In some cases, children may go missing more than once, resulting in multiple public alerts for the same child.
Anyone with information about Armani Andrews’ whereabouts is urged to contact 911 or their local law enforcement agency immediately.
Anyone who suspects child abuse is encouraged to contact the Oregon Child Abuse Hotline at 1-855-503-SAFE (7233). The hotline is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, to report suspected abuse involving children or vulnerable adults throughout Oregon.
