Parsons and two adult passengers in the Hyundai were also taken to an area hospital with serious injuries.
The crash closed or significantly impacted traffic on Highway 18 for approximately three hours while investigators processed the scene.
Oregon State Police were assisted by North Lincoln Fire & Rescue, Grand Ronde Emergency Services and the Oregon Department of Transportation.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
