ROSEBURG, Ore. — April 29, 2026 — The Douglas Interagency Narcotics Team (DINT) carried out another round of targeted enforcement patrols in the City of Roseburg, resulting in multiple arrests tied to theft and drug-related offenses.
The patrols were conducted in response to concerns raised by community members and local businesses to the Douglas County Board of Commissioners regarding ongoing criminal activity. Officials say the enforcement efforts are part of a broader strategy to address both street-level crimes and higher-level drug distribution in the region.
DINT, which continues to prioritize investigations into major drug traffickers in Douglas County, said the targeted patrols supplement its primary mission. The operation was conducted in coordination with the Douglas County Sheriff’s Office and the Roseburg Police Department, with funding support from the Board of Commissioners aimed at enhancing law enforcement effectiveness.
On the afternoon of April 28, 2026, detectives focused on retail theft activity within Roseburg. The operation resulted in the arrest of two individuals, both of whom now face multiple charges.
Authorities identified those arrested as 37-year-old Sean McCraw of Roseburg and 38-year-old Danielle Warner of Roseburg. Both were charged with second-degree theft, unlawful possession of methamphetamine, and unlawful possession of a Schedule II controlled substance, specifically fentanyl. The suspects were lodged at the Douglas County Jail.
Investigators are also seeking two additional individuals in connection with the theft cases, and further arrests are anticipated.
All cases stemming from the operation are being prosecuted by the Douglas County District Attorney’s Office.
In a statement, DINT emphasized its ongoing commitment to proactive enforcement, noting that individuals engaging in criminal activity should expect continued attention from law enforcement. Officials added that the team will maintain close collaboration with local partners to improve public safety and ensure a secure environment for Douglas County residents.
