Grants Pass Woman Arrested on Animal Neglect Charges After Seven Animals Seized
GRANTS PASS, Ore. — A 72-year-old Grants Pass woman was arrested on animal neglect charges after Josephine County Animal Control officers seized seven animals from her residence on NE Ridge Road.
Roxanda Radomsky was arrested on October 8, 2026, following an investigation into allegations of animal neglect, according to Josephine County authorities.
The investigation began on October 4, when Josephine County Animal Control received a complaint about possible animal neglect. The following day, animal control officers contacted Radomsky to investigate the allegations.
Officers offered assistance and potential solutions to address the situation and gave Radomsky a deadline to correct the identified issues. Authorities said she failed to comply with the deadline.
On October 8, Josephine County Animal Control officers, assisted by Josephine County Sheriff’s Office detectives and Grants Pass Police Department officers, served a search warrant at Radomsky’s residence.
During the search, authorities seized four dogs, one cat and two large pigs from inside the home. All seven animals have since been examined and are receiving necessary care.
Radomsky was taken into custody and lodged at the Josephine County Adult Jail. She faces one count of first-degree animal neglect and six counts of second-degree animal neglect.
Authorities said no additional details were being released as of October 9.
