CRESWELL, Ore. — Two Creswell residents are facing numerous felony charges following a month-long Lane County Sheriff’s Office investigation into allegations of sexual abuse involving a juvenile victim.
On June 25, Lane County Sheriff’s Office deputies and detectives served a search warrant at a residence in the 82900 block of Scott Lane in Creswell as part of the investigation.
Following the execution of the search warrant, investigators arrested Aubry Siobhan Blaylock, 28, and Erik Michael Maynes, 32, both of Creswell. The pair were taken into custody and lodged at the Lane County Jail.
According to the Lane County Sheriff’s Office, Blaylock was arrested in Case 26-2521 and faces the following charges:
- Five counts of First-Degree Sexual Abuse
- Six counts of Second-Degree Unlawful Sexual Penetration
- Four counts of Second-Degree Sodomy
- One count of Using a Child in a Display of Sexual Conduct
Maynes was arrested in Case 26-2857 and is charged with:
- One count of First-Degree Rape
- One count of First-Degree Sexual Abuse
- Two counts of Second-Degree Rape
- Two counts of Second-Degree Unlawful Sexual Penetration
- One count of Second-Degree Sodomy
- One count of Using a Child in a Display of Sexual Conduct
The Lane County Sheriff’s Office said the investigation remains active.

As with all criminal cases, the charges are allegations, and both defendants are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in court.
