BEND, Ore. — The FBI is asking for the public’s help in identifying additional victims of sexual violence involving a man accused of assaulting a woman on the Warm Springs Indian Reservation last year.
According to a federal indictment, Robert Ray Warner allegedly sexually assaulted a woman on or about Nov. 25, 2025, on the Confederated Tribes of Warm Springs Indian Reservation. Warner was arrested by the Warm Springs Police Department and has remained in custody since his arrest.
Federal investigators believe there may be additional victims and are encouraging anyone who may have experienced sexual violence involving Warner, or who has information relevant to the investigation, to come forward.
The FBI said victims of sexual violence are supported throughout the investigative and legal process and emphasized the importance of reporting crimes.
Anyone with information related to Warner is encouraged to contact the FBI by email at WarnerTips@FBI.gov, by phone at 503-224-4181, or by submitting a tip online at tips.fbi.gov.
The investigation is being conducted by the FBI in partnership with the Warm Springs Police Department.
Authorities have not released additional details about the case, and the allegations against Warner remain subject to the federal court process.
