Clackamas County, OR. — Oregon State Police are investigating a fatal single-vehicle motorcycle crash that occurred Sunday, November 16, 2025, on Highway 224 near milepost 14.
According to the preliminary investigation, a westbound Yamaha R6 operated by Akahieleu Redo, 22, of Oregon City, lost control while negotiating a curve. The motorcycle left the roadway, struck a dirt mound, and went airborne before both the bike and rider came to rest in a tree.
Redo was pronounced deceased at the scene.
The highway was affected for roughly two hours during the investigation. OSP was assisted by Clackamas Brush Fire Unit 312 and ODOT.
