Bend, OR. — The Bend Firefighters will host their annual Moustache Bash this Saturday, November 22, from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. at 10 Barrel Brewing – East (62950 NE 18th Street). The event raises funds for the Bend Firefighter’s Community Assistance Program, a nonprofit created by local firefighters to help families facing crises beyond traditional emergency services.
Community members are encouraged to dress as their favorite action hero for an evening of contests, raffles, and themed fun.
Planned activities include:
- Costume Contest: This year’s theme is action heroes, with prizes for the best outfits.
- Moustache Contest: Open divisions include real and fake moustaches, welcoming all ages.
- Raffle: Tickets will be available for purchase, with prizes donated by Bend-area businesses.
The Community Assistance Program supports residents experiencing emergencies, hardships, and unmet needs that firefighters encounter during calls for service.
