• ORS 475.888 — Unlawful Manufacture of a Controlled Substance (Methamphetamine) within 1,000 feet of a school
This BINET investigation included detectives from the Klamath Falls Police Department, the Oregon State Police, and an intelligence analyst from the Oregon National Guard Counter-Drug Program.
