Coos County, OR. – Official Release: On January 1, 2025, at approximately 2:13 AM, the Coos County Sheriff’s Office received a report of a possible disturbance at the Baybridge Motel in North Bend.
This call involved individuals who had been contacted earlier that night by law enforcement. Deputies promptly responded to the motel and made contact with three individuals, including 40-year-old Jeffrey Hill. All three were found to be trespassing and were instructed to leave the property.
After the deputies cleared the scene, Deputy Z. Smith waited in the area and observed Mr. Hill returning to the motel he had just been removed from. As a result, Mr. Hill was arrested for second-degree criminal trespass and transported to the Coos County Jail for booking.
