Why does society put an age limit on certain activities such as driving, drinking, voting, etc.? Is it because the mind of the adolescent cannot act responsibly and is highly susceptible to stimuli from any and every source? Children in public schools ages 6 through perhaps 14 or 15 are the most susceptible. These children are captive audiences without parental guidance. Why then is the City of Portland allowing this conduct when it is against policy? I’ll tell you why. Two reasons, the City Council Members have been so indoctrinated and #2 wish their power and authority to continue.
Will the next infraction be the introduction of alcohol to 1st graders so they can experience the effects of alcohol?
Granted, ‘Poison Waters’ has certain unalienable rights such as “freedom of expression” and apparently likes to perform, so I suggest the City Council ask ‘Poison Waters’ to dress as George Washington or Thomas Jefferson and promote the history of the USA and its Constitution in the classrooms of the Public School System.
This is the reason we all need to VOTE RED IN NOVEMBER.
