U.S. Marshals Arrest Texas Child Sexual Abuse Fugitive in SeaTac

Seattle, WA. — U.S. Marshals arrested a Texas fugitive Monday in the Seattle area on a charge alleging continuous sexual abuse of a child younger than 14.

Dombraye Pamosoo, 21, was wanted by the Collin County Sheriff’s Office in Texas. Authorities issued a warrant for his arrest May 27, 2026.

The U.S. Marshals Joint East Texas Fugitive Task Force began assisting with the search and determined Pamosoo was likely in the greater Seattle area. Investigators then forwarded the information to the Pacific Northwest Violent Offender Task Force.

The two task forces collaborated to locate Pamosoo more than 2,000 miles from Texas. Authorities arrested him without incident in the 2600 block of South 161st Street in SeaTac.

Pamosoo was transported to the King County Jail, where he will remain pending extradition to Texas. The allegations against him have not been proven in court.

“This arrest demonstrates the strength of our partnerships across the country,” Acting U.S. Marshal Donrien Stephens said. “When someone is accused of exploiting a child, distance will not prevent us from finding them and ensuring they face the charges against them.”
