Hunting, OR – The City of Huntington posted the following notice on their social media page in response to a Level 3 – GO NOW evacuation order from Baker County:
NOTICE: We have now been elevated to a Level 3 Evacuation! Any resident that needs transportation to the shelter in Ontario, there will be a bus leaving City Hall at 10:30 pm. If you need assistance or transportation from your home, Baker County Sherriff’s Department is in the area to assist, or you can contact me and we will assist you.
Red Cross Responds


The American Red Cross of Idaho and East Oregon announced a shelter in Ontario on social media:
In response to the Fox Fire burning in Baker County, the American Red Cross has opened an evacuation center at the Ontario Public Training Center, 55 NE 2nd Ave., in Ontario.
Residents affected by the fire can find food, information and support at the center. All services are free and everyone is welcome.

En respuesta al incendio Fox que arde en el condado de Baker, la Cruz Roja Americana ha abierto un Punto Temporal de Evacuación en el Ontario Public Training Center, ubicado en 55 NE 2nd Ave., en Ontario.
Las personas afectadas por el incendio pueden encontrar alimentos, información y apoyo en el Punto Temporal de Evacuación. Todos los servicios son gratuitos y todas las personas son bienvenidas.
