CORVALLIS, Ore. — Corvallis Police and investigators with the Oregon Department of Justice executed a search warrant Wednesday at a Corvallis massage business following reports of suspected illegal activity.
The search warrant was served on July 22, 2026, at Spring Foot Spa, located at 505 NW Harrison Blvd., as part of a joint investigation between the Corvallis Police Department and the Oregon Department of Justice.
According to investigators, the case began after community members reported suspected illicit activity at the business and alleged it was operating without the required massage license.
During the investigation, authorities arrested a 52-year-old New York woman on a charge of Practicing Massage Without a License, a Class A misdemeanor.
Investigators said they seized evidence from the business, including condoms, cash, credit card statements, and bank records that they believe are consistent with prostitution-related activity.
Officials said the woman was identified as a victim of human trafficking and was connected with victim support services following the investigation.
The investigation remains ongoing, and no additional information has been released.
