GRESHAM, Ore. — Gresham police have identified the victim of a fatal shooting that occurred early Monday morning at the Rockwood Village Apartments.
According to the Gresham Police Department, 25-year-old D’Angelo Adams was shot and killed just before 4 a.m. on June 29 in the 700 block of Southeast 185th Avenue.
The Multnomah County Medical Examiner’s Office determined that Adams died from a gunshot wound and ruled his death a homicide. Authorities said his family has been notified of his death and has provided a photograph for public release.
The East County Major Crimes Team was activated following the shooting. Gresham detectives, working alongside their Major Crimes Team partners, continue to lead the investigation.
