LANE COUNTY, Ore. — A Lowell man has been arrested on charges related to alleged sexually explicit communications with a juvenile, according to the Lane County Sheriff’s Office.
Authorities said the investigation began on May 31, 2026, after the sheriff’s office received information that 37-year-old Kody Charles Eidenschink of Lowell had been communicating with a juvenile through social media and that the messages contained sexually explicit content.
Lane County Sheriff’s Office detectives later located Eidenschink near his workplace in the 88000 block of West 11th Avenue. Following the investigation, detectives arrested Eidenschink and served a search warrant on his personal electronic devices.
Eidenschink was lodged at the Lane County Jail on charges of Luring a Minor and Online Sexual Corruption of a Child in the Second Degree.
Investigators said the case remains active and additional information may be released as the investigation continues.
