HILLSBORO, Ore. — A Washington County jury has found 24-year-old Jordan Ray Beyer guilty on 15 charges connected to the rape and sexual abuse of multiple victims following a trial in Washington County Circuit Court.
According to prosecutors, the verdict was returned on May 12, 2026. Senior Deputy District Attorney Chris Lewman prosecuted the case before Judge Erik Buchér.
Authorities said Beyer sexually abused at least four female victims over a period of several years in incidents that occurred in Banks, Forest Grove, and Beaverton. Prosecutors described Beyer as a “prolific sexual offender” who used physical violence, intimidation, and threats against the victims, their families, and himself to carry out the abuse.
Investigators said Beyer frequently used a firearm to threaten victims during the assaults.
The investigation began after victims contacted the Washington County Sheriff’s Office to report the abuse. Beyer was arrested in March 2025 following the investigation.
Law enforcement officials believe there may be additional victims and are encouraging anyone with information about Beyer to contact authorities.
The Washington County District Attorney’s Office praised the efforts of the Washington County Sheriff’s Office and commended the victims for coming forward and reporting the abuse.
Beyer is scheduled to be sentenced on July 20, 2026.
