Fatal Crash in Siletz Claims Life of Logsden Man

SILETZ, Ore. — A single-vehicle crash on Saturday, April 4, 2026, resulted in the death of a 47-year-old Logsden man, according to the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office.

Deputies responded to the 2400 block of East Logsden Road after receiving a report that a pickup truck had left the roadway and crashed into a barn on a nearby property. Emergency crews from Siletz Valley Fire District and PacWest Ambulance also arrived at the scene.

Upon arrival, responders located the driver, identified as Adam Clark, 47, of Logsden, Oregon, deceased inside the vehicle.

Following an investigation, deputies determined there was no indication that another vehicle or individual was involved in the crash. Authorities said evidence at the scene suggests the pickup did not slow before leaving the roadway. Clark was confirmed to be the sole occupant of the vehicle.

After completing the investigation, deputies notified Clark’s next of kin.

The sheriff’s office extended condolences to Clark’s family, friends, and the Logsden community, noting that incidents like this underscore the importance of coordinated response efforts. Officials expressed appreciation for the assistance provided by Siletz Valley Fire District and PacWest Ambulance.
