Eugene, OR. — A 28-year-old Eugene man was arrested early Feb. 15 after his BMW crashed and flipped onto its roof outside a Sleep Number store on Valley River Drive.
At approximately 12:48 a.m., callers reported a BMW M4 had crashed in front of the Sleep Number store at 1125 Valley River Drive. Officers arrived to find the vehicle overturned and resting on its roof in the parking lot.

His passenger did not require medical attention at the scene.
