Gresham, OR. — Gresham Police are asking for the public’s help locating a 9-month-old German Shepherd/Rottweiler mix taken during a robbery in the Central City Neighborhood late Monday night.
Shortly before 10:30 p.m., officers responded to the 100 block of W. Powell Blvd. and found a victim who reported being assaulted by three men and one woman he did not know. According to police, one of the suspects loaded the victim’s puppy, Shayla, into a white Chevy Tahoe or similar SUV before all four suspects drove away.
Shayla is described as a 9-month-old German Shepherd/Rottweiler mix.

UPDATE: Shayla has been located and is safe. The case is still under investigation.
