Tonight, on the House floor, I debated the GAO Database Modernization Act—an important piece of legislation that will help Congress, the Government Accountability Office (GAO), and the public track rule-making activities within the administrative state.
Without these reporting requirements, the GAO lacks critical agency information, leaving the American people in the dark about government rules.
