Coos County, OR. – Official Release: On July 25th, 2024, around 12:29 pm, Coos County Dispatch received a 911 call reporting a disturbance at a residence on Seven Devils Road near Bandon. Sergeant J. Clayburn responded to the scene.
With the assistance of Bandon Police and Coos County Deputies Anderson and Mcree, Sergeant Clayburn discovered a domestic violence incident involving the suspect, Robert Love (56), who had threatened and attacked two family members.
The collaborative efforts of all officers involved led to Mr. Love’s arrest. He was transported to the Coos County Jail and booked on charges of Domestic Strangulation, Domestic Menacing, and Domestic Harassment.
Mr. Love remains in custody.
