Portland, OR. – Official Release: The rideshare driver killed in Tuesday night’s shooting in the Powellhurst-Gilbert Neighborhood has been identified as Joshua Kelvin, 42, of Aumsville, Oregon. His family has been notified of his death. They are requesting privacy at this time, but they did provide the attached photo for public release.
This case remains under investigation. Anyone with information, who has not yet spoken to detectives, is asked to contact Detective J.D.
