Gresham, OR.— Per an official release: Detectives have made an arrest for an early-February stabbing in Gresham. Gresham Police and medical personnel responded to a report of an injured person in the 18300 block of SE Stark St. shortly before 3:30 a.m. on February 9th.
They found the victim, 49-year-old David McQuown, suffering from multiple stab wounds. McQuown was transported to a local hospital, where he remains in critical condition.
Detectives with the East Multnomah County Major Crimes Team were assigned to investigate the stabbing. Through the investigation, they identified the suspect as 20-year-old Antony Kassab. Kassab was arrested this morning during the execution of a search warrant at his residence. He has been charged with Attempted Murder in the Second Degree and Assault in the First Degree.
