Woodburn, OR – The Woodburn Police Department (WPD) is asking for the public’s help in locating 15-year-old Alivia Willis, who walked away from her home in Woodburn after making concerning statements of self-harm to family members. She was last seen on Saturday, January 13 at approximately 5:00 p.m. in the vicinity of 1580 Newberg Hwy in Woodburn.
Alivia, who also answers to the name “Olive,” is described as a 5’9″ white female, weighing approximately 217 lbs., with green eyes and dark brown hair. At the time she left home she was dressed in light blue skinny jeans, a burgundy shirt, a black zip-up hoodie, black glasses, and carrying a white, brown, and black tie-dyed backpack. Additionally, Alivia is said to be accompanied by the family’s white chiweenie dog.

Alivia is believed to be in the company of 21-year-old Jona Kraskov, who is currently without permanent housing and frequents the areas of Salem and Woodburn. Jona is described as a 5’11” white male, weighing approximately 212 lbs., with blue eyes and brown hair.
