A public hearing will be held before the Site Plan and Architectural Commission on Friday, January 5, 2024.
What is being considered? Plans for a proposed 5,368 square foot addition to the existing 149,323 square foot Walmart building located at 3615 Crater Lake Highway. The site consists of one parcel, approximately 14.20 acres in size within the C-R (Regional Commercial) zoning district (371W07D1200).

Meeting Information: Site Plan and Architectural Commission meetings are are typically held the 1st and 3rd Fridays of the month at 12:00 pm in the Council Chambers of City Hall, located at 411 W. 8th Street.
Meetings are televised live on Rogue Valley Community Television Government Channel (antenna channel 14, cable channel 181) and streamed here.
