This initial Take Back Oregon get out the vote (GOTV) effort is designed to motivate those registered individuals who have not voted in past elections for reasons of distrust in the election process or those who have distanced themselves from both major political parties due to failed promises and programs which the politicians continue to throw money at in perpetuity. The rural individual needs to know there is value in their vote and that we also have obligations beyond our personal opinions to kindly incentivize others who desire a better future for our State.
The rural citizens of Oregon comprise a force of approximately 750,000. If they realized that their votes can be the deciding factor to restore Oregon to fiscal soundness through TRUE conservative action, another 100,000 votes in that direction would return law, order, and political sanity to the legislature and Governor’s office.
Oregonians have learned several things over the past forty years. Voting for a failed ideology or electing politicians who turn to a “government knows best” attitude once they get into office does not serve the general population in the best ways possible. Even the Portland Metro area residents realize the time has come to find real solutions that protect the innocent, private property, and a balanced rule of law.
You only get lemon juice from a lemon. When people vote for the same people every election and get the same poor results time and time again, the message cannot be more clear. It is time to Take Back Oregon.
