KEIZER, Ore. — A 29-year-old Keizer man and Salem-Keizer School District employee was arrested Thursday morning following a months-long investigation stemming from a CyberTipline report submitted through the Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Data System.
Jeremy Braden Williams was taken into custody without incident at approximately 7:50 a.m. at his residence in the 800 block of Foothill Court NE in Keizer, according to police.
Williams is employed by the Salem-Keizer School District as an instructional assistant at McNary High School. The district is aware of his arrest and the questions surrounding his employment. The district said employment-related questions should be directed to its Human Resources Department.
Following his arrest, Williams was transported to the Keizer Police Department, where detectives interviewed him. He was later taken to the Marion County Correctional Facility.
Williams was lodged on multiple counts of Encouraging Child Sexual Abuse in the First Degree, a felony offense.
The investigation remains ongoing.
