PORTLAND, Ore. — June 10, 2026 — Oregon State Police detectives are asking for the public’s help as they investigate a Junction City man accused of crimes involving the online exploitation of a child.
According to Oregon State Police, 56-year-old Glenn William Norris of Junction City was arrested on May 27, 2026, following an investigation conducted by the Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force.
Norris was charged with Online Sexual Corruption of a Child in the First Degree and Luring a Minor. After his arrest, he was lodged at the Clackamas County Jail and was later indicted on the charges.
Investigators believe Norris may have had additional victims and are urging anyone with information related to the case to come forward.

Authorities said the investigation remains active, and no additional details are being released at this time.
The booking photograph was released for law enforcement purposes and in accordance with Oregon House Bill 3273, which governs the public release of booking photos for the identification of criminal activity.
