CLACKAMAS COUNTY, Ore. (April 17, 2026) — A recent Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) operation by the Oregon State Police has resulted in the arrest of a Clackamas County man accused of attempting to engage in sexual activity with a minor online.
According to investigators, on March 31, 2026, an undercover detective posing as a 16-year-old girl was contacted through an online application by Levi F. Wallace, 44. Authorities say Wallace engaged in a weeklong sexually explicit conversation with the undercover officer and sent explicit images during the exchange.
On April 16, Wallace was arrested at his home in Colton with assistance from the U.S. Marshals Service Task Force, the Clackamas County Sheriff’s Office, Portland Police Bureau, Molalla Police Department, and Milwaukie Police Department.
Wallace was lodged at the Clackamas County Jail on four felony warrants related to a similar 2024 investigation. Those charges include child luring, online sexual corruption of a minor, and encouraging child sex abuse in the second degree. He also faces additional charges stemming from the current case, including luring a minor, second-degree online sexual corruption of a minor, and failure to register as a sex offender.
Authorities are asking anyone with additional information related to the case to contact the Oregon State Police Northern Command Center at 800-442-0779 or dial *OSP from a mobile phone. Callers are asked to reference case number SP26-108600.
The Oregon State Police is also urging parents and guardians to remain vigilant by monitoring children’s online activity, maintaining strict privacy settings, and discouraging the sharing of personal photos over the internet.
