SALEM, Ore. – The Oregon Department of Human Services (ODHS), Child Welfare Division, is asking for the public’s assistance in locating a missing 15-year-old boy who disappeared from Eugene earlier this year and is believed to be in danger.
Logan Divens, 15, was reported missing on January 26, 2026. Officials say he is thought to still be in the Eugene area and may frequent the Pheasant Park Apartments in nearby Springfield.
ODHS is urging anyone who may have seen Logan or has information about his whereabouts to call 911 or contact local law enforcement immediately.
Logan is described as 5 feet 7 inches tall and weighing approximately 235 pounds. He has dark blonde hair and blue eyes. Authorities note that he may go by the preferred name Logan and uses he/him pronouns.
The case is being investigated by the Eugene Police Department under report number 26-01400. The National Center for Missing and Exploited Children has also issued a report (No. 2076121) in connection with his disappearance.
Officials say that in some cases, missing children may face significant risks, and locating them quickly is critical to ensuring their safety and well-being. ODHS noted that repeat incidents of children going missing can occur, which may result in multiple alerts being issued.
Anyone with information is urged to come forward as authorities continue their search efforts.
In addition, suspected child abuse can be reported to the Oregon Child Abuse Hotline at 1-855-503-SAFE (7233), available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
