Oregon City, OR. — The Oregon City Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in locating 11-year-old Madeline Cornwell, who was last seen Tuesday evening.
Madeline was last seen by a friend around 6:00 p.m. on February 24 in the 1200 block of Jackson Street in Oregon City. Authorities say she may possibly be heading toward Portland, though she is not familiar with public transportation.
Madeline is described as approximately 5 feet tall and weighing about 90 pounds. She has short brown hair with bright red coloring. She was last seen wearing a gray sweatshirt, black leggings, and carrying a black backpack embroidered with roses.
Police are urging anyone who sees Madeline or has information about her whereabouts to call 911 and reference Oregon City Police Department case number 26-003525.
Authorities have not released additional details as the search continues.
