Umatilla County, OR. — The FBI is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying additional victims of Aaron William Pizer, 41, who has pleaded guilty to multiple federal sexual abuse charges connected to crimes committed on the Confederated Tribes of the Umatilla Indian Reservation (CTUIR).
Pizer pleaded guilty to two counts of Sexual Abuse of a Minor and one count of Abusive Sexual Contact. According to court documents, he sexually abused two minors under the age of sixteen during two separate periods—between July 10, 2016, and July 9, 2017, and again between August 22, 2019, and August 21, 2020. Investigators also determined that on April 19, 2024, Pizer engaged in sexual contact with another minor on the reservation.
Pizer was arrested on May 30, 2024, by local authorities. Federal investigators now believe he may have assaulted or had inappropriate contact with additional victims both on and off the reservation.
The FBI is urging anyone who may have been harmed by Pizer—or who has information about other potential victims—to contact the agency at (503) 224-4181 or email CTUIR_tips@fbi.gov.
As part of its mandate, the FBI is required to identify victims in federal criminal cases it investigates. Individuals identified as victims may be eligible for certain rights and support services under federal or state law.
The investigation is ongoing and is being conducted jointly with the Pendleton Police Department and the Umatilla Tribal Police Department.
