Salem, OR. — A 21-year-old Woodburn man was arrested early Thursday after Salem police served a search warrant connected to an October shooting outside a south Salem pub.
The incident began on October 11, 2025, when patrol officers responded to reports of gunfire at Lucky’s Pub on Liberty Road S. Investigators determined that a disturbance earlier in the night led the suspect to return and fire multiple rounds, narrowly missing two intended victims. No injuries were reported.
Detectives with the Salem Police Strategic Investigations Unit identified the suspect as Isaac Gallegos of Woodburn. A warrant was later obtained for his residence in the 1000 block of Park Avenue.
Salem SWAT officers took Gallegos into custody early Thursday morning. During a search of his apartment, detectives found two loaded handguns.
Gallegos was booked into the Marion County Jail on charges including Attempted Murder, Attempted First-Degree Assault, Menacing, Unlawful Use of a Weapon, Unlawful Possession of a Firearm, and Reckless Endangering.
The investigation remains ongoing. Salem police thanked the Woodburn Police Department for assisting with the warrant service.
