Dallas, OR. — Polk County Circuit Court Judge Timothy Park has sentenced 22-year-old Micah James Wilson to 72 months in prison for the armed robbery of the Umpqua Bank branch in Independence. The sentence will run consecutively to Wilson’s existing 135-month sentence for robbery and related offenses. He will also serve three years of post-prison supervision upon release.

The investigation was conducted by detectives and officers from the Independence, Salem, and Lincoln City Police Departments. Polk County Deputy District Attorney Garrett Lewellen prosecuted the case.
