Clackamas County, OR. — The Clackamas County Sheriff’s Office, in partnership with the Clackamas County District Attorney’s Office and Crime Stoppers of Oregon, is again asking for the public’s help to solve the murder of 19-year-old Emily Rose Taylor.
On November 6, 2023, at approximately 11:00 p.m., deputies responded to reports of gunfire in Estacada. Investigators determined that Taylor was fatally shot while riding as a passenger in a vehicle. Evidence suggests one or more individuals fired at the vehicle, striking her.
Two years later, detectives continue to follow leads but believe there are individuals with critical information who have yet to come forward.
“We know there are people who can help bring closure to Emily’s family and justice to those responsible,” investigators said in a renewed appeal to the public.
Anyone with information—no matter how small—is urged to submit an anonymous tip to Crime Stoppers of Oregon, which offers cash rewards of up to $2,500 for information leading to an arrest in any unsolved felony case.
Anonymous tips can be submitted at www.crimestoppersoforegon.com or through the P3 Tips app, available for smartphones and tablets.
