Malheur County, OR.— Oregon State Police are asking the public for help identifying a driver involved in a serious injury crash on Highway 95 (Business Route) in Annex, Oregon.
According to OSP, the collision occurred around 3:22 p.m. on Sunday, November 2, 2025, near Deck Street. Investigators said an unknown pickup “brake checked” a Harley Davidson motorcycle, forcing it to swerve left to avoid a collision. The motorcycle then struck another pickup traveling in the opposite direction, causing serious injuries to both the rider and passenger.
The suspect vehicle is described as a lifted, white or gray, two-door Toyota Tacoma 4×4, possibly a 2015 model, with an Idaho license plate and possibly a sticker in the rear window. The truck was last seen heading into Weiser, Idaho.
