Lincoln County, OR. — The Lincoln City Police Department (LCPD) has announced the arrest of a 15-year-old male from Keizer in connection with the September 13 mass shooting threat made against the Lincoln City Cultural Center.
On October 27, 2025, LCPD detectives, working in coordination with the Keizer Police Department, arrested the juvenile suspect. He has been charged with Disorderly Conduct in the First Degree and is currently lodged at the Marion County Juvenile Department.
Due to the suspect’s age, LCPD is not releasing his name. Authorities confirmed that the investigation remains ongoing, and additional details may be released as the case develops.
The Lincoln City Police Department expressed gratitude to the Keizer Police Department, the Marion County District Attorney’s Office, and the Marion County Juvenile Department for their cooperation and assistance in the investigation.
