Clackamas County, OR. — On Saturday, October 18, 2025, the Clackamas County Sheriff’s Office executed a search warrant at a vacation property on E. Huckleberry Drive in Welches, connected to a residential burglary that occurred October 14 in unincorporated Clackamas County. The value of stolen property from the home is estimated at over $200,000.
Detectives launched the investigation after receiving a tip from an out-of-state law enforcement agency about a group committing similar crimes and possibly operating in Clackamas County. That lead directed investigators to the Welches vacation home, where they recovered stolen property and made multiple arrests.
Seven individuals were taken into custody and booked into the Clackamas County Jail on charges of Burglary in the First Degree, Aggravated Theft in the First Degree, and Criminal Mischief in the First Degree:
- Luis Felipe Bedoya Martinez, 49
- Johan H. Buitrago, 34
- Daniel Alexander Mosquera Velasco, 24
- Alejandro Mosquera Velasco, 26
- Yarlenson Alberto Quintero Agredo, 29
- Erol Quintero, 24
- Frank Mongui Quintero, 25
The operation was supported by the Clackamas County Interagency SWAT Team, the Crisis Negotiation Team, and the Washington County Tactical Negotiations Team (TNT).
According to the Sheriff’s Office, booking photos were released under Oregon House Bill 3273 to help identify potential additional criminal activity. Detectives believe the suspects may be linked to other burglaries and are asking anyone with relevant information to contact investigators.
