Former Legislative Staffer Jonathan Lockwood Re-files in 5th Congressional District Race

Lebanon, 10/8/2025 – Today, Jonathan Lockwood filed with the Oregon Secretary of State to run in the Republican Primary for Oregon’s 5th Congressional District, after previously filing to run in Congressional District 4. The seat is currently held by Congresswoman Janelle Bynum, D-Happy Valley. Lockwood is the first candidate to run in the 2026 primary.
