Dallas, OR. – Official Release: In February 2023 the City Council approved a change of rates for water and stormwater services. As a City of Dallas customer, you will see an increase in rates for 2025 starting on your February utility statement.
The rate increases were added to build up a financial reserve for the Mercer Reservoir Expansion Project.
At the end of the 3-year rate increase, the reserve will have $4.5 Million to go towards the project.
