Baker City, OR. – Official Release: On January 24, 2025, a fourth male juvenile was arrested in connection with the Burglary at Gas N Snack. Due to a lack of resources available to transport the juvenile to detention in The Dalles, Oregon, the juvenile was issued a citation in lieu of custody and released to his parents. This juvenile was determined to have been involved in only the one burglary, and was not present at the High Mountain Smoke Shop burglary or the theft of the firearm that occurred.
The Baker City Police Department would again like to thank the Baker County Juvenile Department for their help in this case. The Juvenile Department is currently looking for transport officers for cases like this.
