Albany, OR. – Official Release: The Linn County Republican Central Committee (LCRCC) strongly condemns the act of vandalism that took place on October 22, 2024, when a rock was thrown through the office window of the Linn County Democrats of Oregon Office in Albany, Oregon.
As the political season grows more intense, the LCRCC firmly believes that destruction of property and intimidation tactics have no place in our community. We call for all members of our community, regardless of political affiliation, to engage in peaceful, respectful discourse during this divisive election season.
Political differences should be addressed through civil debate and the democratic process, not through acts of aggression. The LCRCC urges all individuals to uphold the principles of mutual respect and to work towards a positive and constructive political dialogue.
