Soooooo….let me get this right 3 people, more than likely 3 poverty striken individuals, in a GARBAGE dump, collecting cans, non threatening, non violent, pretty much in disturbing to the public digging in garbage for cans, what’s that again that the State of Oregon really likes? Oh yeah, recycling. Oregon really REALLY needs to rethink its justice system and how better to obtain funds from the public, these three should be let out and back into the GARBAGE dump, how else are they going to pay the fines for this low low low on the Oregon crime totem pole of a situation. Waste OF F—KING RESOURCES!
The bottom line is…they were there illegally-not that they were collecting cans. If something tragic would have happened where they were killed or injured, the company would have been sued by them if that law of ‘no trespassing’ was not in effect and if they are so poverty-stricken to risk injury and or arrest, they should probably look into getting jobs, instead. Do you work, MJ? Do you think it is fair that others are allowed to act illegally while you pay with your tax dollars their possible treatments and or jail time? If so, then why don’t you just hand them some of your cash?
The county of Coos owns the dump. Just an FYI.
They could get a job
