Marion County, OR. – Official Release: Kathleen was located by deputies early this morning. She was uninjured and will be reunited with her family.
Missing Person Notification: Kathleen Todd was last seen near the Pacific Pride in Idanha today around 3 PM walking towards Detroit. She was walking with her small dog. It is believed she has dementia and other medical issues. She is 5’ tall and thin with long black/grey hair. Possibly wearing dark clothing.
