Marion County, OR. – Official Release: Expect delays on Interstate 5 north of Salem due to a commercial vehicle crash on the southbound side. Although lanes have reopened, traffic in both directions is still slow and catching up during the Thursday morning rush hour. Please watch out for traffic slowdowns and for incident responders and tow trucks, which may still be at the scene near milepost 263, just north of Salem.
