
Secretary of State





- State Treasurer Tobias Read – D – Portland. Treasurer Read was elected to his current office in 2016 after service in the Oregon House of Representatives, including time as Speaker Pro Tempore. He placed second in the 2022 primary for Governor of Oregon.
- Senator James Manning – D – Eugene. Originally appointed to fill a vacancy in the Senate in 2016, Senator Manning has since been elected outright in 2018 and 2022.
- Senator Dennis Linthicum – R – Beatty. Senator Linthicum has served in the legislature since 2017, following a career as a Klamath County Commissioner from 2009-2015.
- Brent Barker – R – Beaverton. A staffer in the Executive Office of the President for the Honorable Donald Trump from 2017-2021, Barker ran in the nonpartisan primary for Commissioner of the Bureau of Labor & Industries in 2022 but has never held elected office.
- Tim McCloud – R – Salem. Serving as Elections Director of the Oregon Republican Party at the time of filing, McCloud ran in the 2022 Republican Primary for Governor but has never held elected office.
State Treasurer



- Senator Elizabeth Steiner – D – Portland. A physician and Co-Chair of the Legislative Assembly’s Ways & Means Committee, Senator Steiner has served in the Senate since 2011.
- Councilor Jeff Gudman – D – Lake Oswego. Councilor Gudman served two terms on the Lake Oswego City Council and was the Republican nominee for State Treasurer in 2016 and 2020.
- Senator Brian Boquist – R – Dallas. First elected to the Oregon House of Representatives in 2004, Senator Boquist has served in the Oregon State Senate since 2009. He has led the Independent Caucus in the State Senate since 2021.
Attorney General



- Speaker Dan Rayfield – D – Corvallis. A State Representative since 2015, Rayfield served as Speaker of the Oregon House of Representatives from 2022-2024.
- Shaina Pomerantz – D. A former investigator for the Oregon Bureau of Labor & Industries, Pomerantz has never held elected office.
- Will Lathrop – R – Newberg. A former prosecutor, Lathrop led the International Justice Mission’s anti-human trafficking operations in West Africa and frequently interacted with heads of state and national parliaments, but has never held elected office.
- Michael Cross – R. A convicted felon, Cross was the 2020 Republican nominee for Attorney General but has never held elected office.
