This afternoon on the Senate Floor I had the privilege of carrying my final bill, HB 4111. The Act makes all farm machinery tax exempt, and removes the requirement that farm machinery and equipment be tangible personal property for the purposes of exemption from ad valorem property taxation. I have worked on this topic since the beginning of my time in the legislature. Today it passed. It has been an honor to serve Senate District 30.
