SB 1531: Relating to the American semiquincentennial; declaring an emergency.
Establishes a semiquincentennial commission, to be known as the America 250 Oregon Commission, to coordinate and provide guidance for Oregon’s official observance of the 250th anniversary of the establishment of the United States.
SB 1553: Relating to the addiction crisis in this state.
Requires the Oregon Health Authority to study Oregon’s addiction crisis.
SB 1555: Relating to controlled substances; declaring an emergency.
Creates the crime of using a controlled substance in public.
SB 1564: Relating to housing; declaring an emergency.
Requires the Land Conservation and Development Commission Department of Land Conservation and DevelopmentÙ to developÙ adopt model ordinances or land use regulationsÙ for cities of different sizes to implement housing and urbanization requirements.
SB 1579: Relating to child abuse; declaring an emergency.
Establishes the Children’s Advocacy Center Fund.
HB 4154: Relating to semiconductors; prescribing an effective date.
Establishes the Semiconductor Talent Sustaining Fund and subaccounts of the fund.
