HB 4036: Relating to controlled substances; prescribing an effective date.
Increases the penalties for possession of a controlled substance.
HB 4037: Relating to procedures to alter a minor’s sex; declaring an emergency.
Prohibits a medical health care professional from referring a minor for, or performing on a minor, a sex alteration procedure.
HB 4071: Relating to health care licensing; prescribing an effective date.
Requires health professional regulatory boards to issue a temporary authorization to practice a health profession to eligible applicants within 10 days of receiving an application for licensure.
HB 4072: Relating to governmental payments.
Requires the Oregon Department of Administrative Services to pay a fee to the City of Salem for the share of the city’s budget for fire, police and emergency medical services provided to state agencies.
HB 4074: Relating to persons with mental illness.
Defines “dangerous to self or others” for the purpose of taking a person with mental illness into custody.
HB 4091: Relating to health insurance mandates; prescribing an effective date.
Establishes the Health Insurance Mandate Review Advisory Committee, staffed by the Legislative Policy and Research Director, to meet during interims between sessions of the Legislative Assembly to review any proposed measure sponsored by or submitted to the interim committees of the Legislative Assembly related to health if the measure requires health insurance policies to reimburse specified health care providers or to reimburse the cost of a specific service.
HB 4072: Relating to governmental payments.

HB 4154: Relating to semiconductors; prescribing an effective date.
Establishes the Semiconductor Talent Sustaining Fund and subaccounts of the fund.
HB 4161: Relating to school choice.
Increases the limitation on the percentage of students in a school district who may enroll in a virtual public charter school that is not sponsored by the student’s resident school district without first receiving approval from the school district.
HCR 203: Reaffirming State of Oregon’s commitment to its relationship with Taiwan.

HB 1570: Relating to state financial administration; declaring an emergency.
Appropriates moneys from the General Fund for distribution to the Family YMCA of Marion and Polk Counties for a social services resource center.
